纖維粘連蛋白（FN）存在于間隙基質和血漿中，通過RGD序列介導細胞的粘附。FN的主要功能是在傷口愈合過程中促進細胞的遷移。有FN包被的細胞培養表面，對細胞的粘附，伸展和增殖有促進作用。FN也可以用作無血清培養基的添加物。
