- Albumin, from Bovine Serum, Fatty Acid Free無脂肪酸牛血清白蛋白 BSA Description： 牛血清白蛋白（Bovine serum albumin, BSA）是常用的試劑。在血液中，白蛋白與游離脂肪酸緊密結合在一起，形成zui簡單的脂蛋白復合物。常規(guī)方法純化的BSA難以有效去除其結合的脂肪酸。除了特別純化的BSA產(chǎn)品外，市售的普通BSA試劑含脂肪酸量的范圍一般是: 每mol BSA含0.2~1.5 mol脂肪酸。然而，一些生物醫(yī)學研究要求使用不含游離脂肪酸的BSA，否則BSA所含高濃度的脂肪酸將影響細胞培養(yǎng)、分化、代謝反應、生化測定等。例如，在3T3-L1脂肪細胞分化過程中不能使用普通BSA試劑，否則影響分化和細胞代謝狀態(tài)；在測定培養(yǎng)的組織細胞釋放的游離脂肪酸濃度時，也必須用不含脂肪酸的BSA，否則難以準確測定三酯水解和游離脂肪酸釋放。 我們提供的無脂肪酸牛血清白蛋白，經(jīng)過專門的去脂純化處理，脂肪酸含量≤0.002% （w/w），或在1% BSA溶液中脂肪酸濃度< 2 µmol/L。同時，內含量極低。經(jīng)過脂肪細胞培養(yǎng)實驗和游離脂肪酸測定實驗的檢測。 本產(chǎn)品脂肪酸含量低于Sigma 的同類產(chǎn)品A8806，且含量高出兩個百分點，達到98%，但價格僅為其50%。目前已經(jīng)使用本公司提供的無脂肪酸牛血清白蛋白用戶已經(jīng)達到200個實驗室以上。
