Thermo Scientific Pierce Maleimide Activated Horseradish Peroxidase is a stable, preactivated HRP derivative that is reactive towards sulfhydryl (-SH) groups. This product eliminates the first step of the two-step maleimide method, simplifying and facilitating the conjugation protocol, while saving several hours of time. It can be used to prepare HRP conjugates directly from proteins, peptides and other ligands that contain a free -SH group.
