| The Recombinant Human Myostatin is manufactured with N-terminal fusion of HisTag （6xHis residues） with added 31 amino acids as a spacer （Met-Arg-Gly-Ser-His-His-His-His-His-His-Gly-Met-Ala-Ser-Met-Thr-Gly-Gly-Gln-Gln-Met-Gly-Arg-Asp-Leu-Tyr-Asp-Asp-Asp-Asp-Lys-Asp-Pro-Ser-Ser-Arg-Ser-Myostatin）. The Recombinant Human Myostatin is 16 kDa protein containing 113 amino acid residues of the human myostatin and 37 additional amino acid residues. | |

| Store lyophilized protein at -20°C. Aliquot the product after reconstitution to avoid repeated freezing/thawing cycles. Reconstituted protein can be stored at 4°C for a limited period of time; it does not show any change after two weeks at 4°C. | |
